• Strategic – Thinking about how to deal with what comes next

This semester of KNR 171, I will be more motivated to use adaptability. This is because I need learn how to adapt to this more community and participation based class.

1. Effective leadership is ability to bring people together around a single common goal, and act on that goal.
2. My experiences as a leader have been pretty limited, during summers in high school I used to lead pre-school sports classes.
3. I definitely have a more laid back style of leadership. I like to observe and then perhaps comment on what I think could have been done better.

1. By the end of this semester of KNR 171, I want to be able to participate more, and have my voice heard more often.
2. I definitely need to work on my verbal communication more going forward. I need to stop being so passive in participatory situations and let my voice be heard.
3. Become a more useful teammate by bringing forth some of my own ideas instead of being preoccupied with how good or not good they will be when put into practice.
